Reserve your whole, half or quarter, share of premium Behling beef. We price out our animals so that you can afford top quality meat! Price is set each year prior to Processing, Pricing is based of hanging weight and unlike other operators we include the processing in our pricing. Custom requests will incur additional charges.

What will I get?

A ½ beef includes a full front and hindquarter, Offering a well rounded selection of meat. On average, you’ll receive ~200+ lbs of  meat:

 30 lbs Steaks
 50 lbs Roasts
 100 lbs Ground Beef & 

(Weights vary based on animal size and processing preferences.)

Freezer space needed: Meat Comes frozen and is known to exceed 7 cubic feet of freezer space.

Processing & Payment

After reserving, we’ll send you a Processing Form. Your beef is then aged, processed, frozen, and prepped for pickup or delivery.

Final Payment:

• The week prior to delivery/pickup, we will communicate the final amount due and confirm the date, time, your pickup location.
• Payment due at delivery via:
   Venmo, Cash, Check, Zelle
   Credit Card (3% processing fee)
